Professionally, this emerges through the creation of tools for connection. For several years I contributed design and engineering to Cargo Collective as the first hire. This lead to creating a series of experimental peer-to-peer publishing tools centered on digital archival practice and data ownership. I co-founded the publishing tool Mirror as head of product. Personally, this is explored through durational human powered movement. I walked (fast) from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail in 2019, lived full time for a few years in the Sierra Nevada, and maintain a long distance running practice.
